Common questions.

Most modern smartphones (iPhone 7+ and most Android phones) support NFC. For older phones we recommend also saving the profile link so athletes can share it manually if needed.
Basic profiles are ready within 24 hours. Premium profiles are prioritized and ready within 12 hours. Team packages are delivered within 48 hours.
Yes — we use NTAG215 epoxy tags which are fully waterproof and durable. They can handle rain, sweat, and tough game conditions without any issues.
Yes — DM us on Instagram or email tapdsports@gmail.com and we'll update your profile for you. Minor updates are free.
We offer a free replacement within 30 days if your tag falls off. Just reach out and we'll get you a new one shipped out.
Because each profile and tag is custom built for each athlete, we do not offer refunds once the profile has been created and the tag has been programmed. If your tag is defective or falls off within 30 days we will replace it for free. If we never delivered your product you are entitled to a full refund. For any issues please contact us at tapdsports@gmail.com.
For now we primarily make sales in New Orleans, Louisiana. Free delivery is available within New Orleans, and pickup is also available upon request. For anywhere outside New Orleans we ship nationwide with a flat $5 shipping fee. Just note it on your order and we'll reach out with the details.
